Bio

Since 1998, I have been working with mass spectrometry and related methods that has resulted in multiple peer-reviewed publications, numerous poster/oral presentations, and a book chapter. In Fall 2003, I joined the faculty at Eastern Kentucky University where I predominately teach analytical chemistry lectures and lab as well as actively contribute to curricular developments in this department.  Given my interest in equilibrium chemistry along with beer, wine, and spirits, I have been developing the EKU Fermentation Science Program.
